Churchill Crescent – Simcoe Street to Meehan Street (Phase 1)

The City of St. Thomas Environmental Services Departement will be holding a Public Information Centre (PIC) for infrastructure renewal/rehabilitation on the above-noted roadway within the specified project limits for Phase 1 work.

The purpose of this PIC is to present the proposed project design for information, review and comment, and it will be held at:

Location: City Hall – Room 204
545 Talbot Street
Date: Thursday, April 25, 2013
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The work involves: replacement of the existing watermain and water services; rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewers and private drain connections where required; rehabilitation of the existing storm sewers where required; installation of new storm sewer to eliminate a combined sewer connection; replacement of existing catch basins; and road reconstruction, including replacement of existing sidewalk on the north side.

Project drawings and details will be available at the PIC. Engineering staff will be present to answer questions and address any concerns prior to project implementation.
