A Saturday afternoon shop with coupons and flyers.

While coupons by themselves are a great way to save money when shopping, when combined with price matching, it almost feels as if everything is on sale. I left the house armed with a handful of coupons and flyers. Before leaving the house I wrote out the shopping list, working through the flyers comparing prices and checking which coupons I could use and especially looking at those coupons that will be expiring soon. While not a full weeks grocery shop, it was easy enough to spend $45 dollars for $75 dollars worth of groceries. That is coming very close to getting the groceries for half price.
