Not Sure Thank You is Quite Enough……

Jenny

More often than not, when I am writing my blog (which I have seriously slacked off on due to school, competition and my son’s wedding), I write about my struggles, my successes and my thoughts on my fitness journey.  I like to highlight things that could make it easier for others to jump the hurdles and make it to the next goal they have.

I would be remiss if I didn’t take an opportunity to highlight one of the most important people in my fitness journey.  The picture above, the smoking hot woman with the killer bikini body….well, that is my amazing coach.  None other than Jennifer Van Barneveld-Pe (aka Coach JVB).  She has spent the past several years putting together one of the leading on-line coaching businesses.  She has been recognized by Staples as “an up and coming business to watch” and has continued to grow and forge a name for herself in the ever competitive fitness industry.

The name Coach JVB stands for integrity and knowledge.  But most of all, the name and woman stand for heart and caring.

A coach with incredible heart and true investment in her clients is a rare find in the industry.  Coach JVB is both.  I have had the extraordinary opportunity to work with her for more than two years.  Not one day has passed that I have not been incredibly thankful that I stumbled upon her social media page and hit the follow button.  Her warmth and caring for everyone that crosses her path is remarkable.  Her coaching ethic is unparalleled.  Never does a question go unanswered, never a concern unaddressed, or a fear not laid to rest.  She has managed to create a team of Strong Girls that have become exactly what she inspired in all of us……caring, warm and supportive.

I look back over the last two years and wonder how different my life would have been should I have chosen another coach.  I am positive that I would not have become the person I am today without the guidance of this amazing woman who is not only my coach, but my dear friend.

Today, I want this blog to serve as the biggest thank you I can possibly muster for Coach JVB for always being supportive, caring, a great butt kicker when it’s needed, but most of all, just being the best possible coach and friend any person could ever want.

Thanks for reading, and until next time…..don’t forget to get your iron….DAILY!
