Meet the amazing Mr. Barney. Barney is an incredibly affectionate 8 year old Beagle that is sure to melt your heart. He is a very quiet dog that thrives on attention. He loves nothing more then to lay or sit with you and be petted and scratched. Barney warms up very quickly to new people, has no issues with cats being in the house and is such a well behaved fella.

He is completely housebroken and has never displayed any signs of aggression or destructive behavior. He does not like to be left alone and will bark for a couple of minutes after you leave. He is not much for playing with toys but he will sometimes lie down and chew on a bone. He does enjoy going to for walks outside and doesn’t pull at the leash. So far, Barney knows only 2 commands, sit and speak. Barney has so much love to share and would be perfect for a more mature couple or a family with older children only because he is a very quiet dog. He is a very happy dog and so easy to fall in love with.

Barney has been nuetered, vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated with Revolution, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $390.00 includes his health records. All Breed Canine Rescue

All Breed Canine Rescue [ABCR], a small group of volunteers who saw the great need to rescue dogs that other better-established mainstream groups will not help. Some of our rescues are shelter dogs, or dogs that need new homes because their owners are sick, have moved, or their life situation has changed.

Based in St. Thomas, Ontario , we cover Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford counties. We also work with rescue network across North America. We are a small new group of volunteers, trying to do a big job, with big hearts, few foster homes, and limited resources. Don't forget to check out all our dogs here!
