The planets have aligned themselves in such a way to make us see, feel and deal with our emotions. This alignment began this week and will continue for three weeks. Wow, and I thought this was a tough week. How will we handle 3 weeks of it?
Have you felt things come to the surface lately that need you to make a decision on or that call for you to look at them and perhaps let them go? Or have you had a situation in a relationship come up that has forced you to look at your emotions and thoughts? This is what is going on, and you are not alone (in more ways than one).
In order for us to move forward on a personal and global level we need to let go of what we no longer need. We need to look at who we truly are and start living that truth. As we start to live that truth and share our passions we realize how connected we really are, and how we can make a difference in the big picture. Consider this time period the labor pains for the new things to come in your life and in the world.
We all want to live a life with less stress, more love, more compassion and more light. We all want people to succeed, we all want people to be happy at their core. And that is where we come in as a whole. The more I let go of, the more that affects the whole, the more you let go of the more that affects the whole. It is like a smile, it’s contagious. As I let go, my step gets lighter, my light shines brighter, my vibrational level increases. As I do my healing, it releases those that were involved in situations over time with me to be free from that negative energy. I then become more passionate and aware of what and who is around me. I have less baggage to carry, therefore I can help you unload yours in some way. Those around me will feel the affect of my higher vibration level and either do what it takes to get there, or they will fall away out of my life.
That all sounds well and good to be a part of the bigger picture, but lets get back to what we are going through right now. Of course it will depend on when you were born how this energy will affect you, but if you pay attention to your thoughts and emotions you will see what you are meant to be healing.. For example I have found myself having to look at my dark emotions this week and how they play a role in my life. I have been forced to look at jealousy, envy, and being vulnerable . My first impression, I don’t like this, I would like to push this aside again. Throughout our lives we have been taught to ignore those negative feelings, to push them away. We were told we shouldn’t feel that way.
At this point the universe is telling us that we should be looking at these feelings, we should be feeling these emotions. We are being shown that these are a part of us, a part of who we really are. We are being asked to look at that part of us that we don’t like, that dark side. Without this side of us we are not whole, we are not complete. We need to see the role it plays in our daily lives as it creeps in the background of our minds. It is actually amazing what happens when you give these dark emotions the acknowledgment they so richly want. In fact once acknowledged they seem to soften in the light. Each of these dark emotions has a charge to them, just like a battery. This charge controls us. When we acknowledge, accept and send love to this part of us we take the charge out of the feeling. Sure the thoughts will continue to come back, but over time as we look at how we feel and deal with it, they will subside simply because they can not control us. They will continue to be a part of who we are, and continue to be a part of our lives, but we will be able to recognize them quicker and stop them from playing havoc. All they want is the acceptance and love that the lighter side of us gets on a regular basis.
As you go through these next few weeks, take time to deal with what comes up. Allow yourself time in the day to do this work, to be quiet on the inside and listen. Understand that this healing works takes a lot of energy from your body, so give yourself time to rest when you feel the need. Be sure to eat healthy meals, this will help with the healing process. Drink plenty of water to help wash any toxins out of your body.. You may find it very beneficial to write down how you are feeling and how this has played a role in your life, you can always tear it up once your done. Just know that what ever steps you take in doing this work will benefit you in many ways. Keep in mind you are safe in doing this work, and who you meet on the other side of the darkness is a beautiful new more confident you. If on the other hand you chose to ignore it, to push it aside again, be assured it will come back again and again until you are ready to deal with it.
