Little Charlie came from situation where he learned to be afraid of men. In his foster home, he is now much more relaxed with people, but still gravitates to women. Charlie is a shihtzu-yorkie mix, 16 months old (as of Oct 28th). He weighs 13 lbs. He is a real cutie, and just needs a good home where he can build some confidence and trust. He likely will do better in a home with another small quiet dog, a fenced yard, and no toddlers.
Charlie is a very sweet and affectionate boy and likes cuddles. He is good when left alone. His foster home is still working on house training but I think that will get better with time and routine. He is good with other dogs, preferably small ones that like to play. He would do best in a house without cats because he likes to chase them—he treats them like dogs that want to play lol—he is very scared of strangers but warms up very fast once he gains your trust as he was abused. He has very high energy, finally getting to be the puppy he probably never got to be. He is a very sensitive and gentle little dog.
Charlie is vaccinated, neutered, dewormed and treated for any fleas. His adoption fee of $390 includes a health record.
