this too shall pass

I’m busy writing away for the next album… and every now and then I’ll throw up a new song. This one I recorded today, one pass on the vocals and guitar, then I added some harmonies (first time singing them lol) and a bit of shakers.. Totally raw, but I thought you might like to hear it :) Enjoy! We’ll be putting this on the new album for sure.

Times like these wont last. When knew it when we passed,
that old dirt road in the middle of that field, and the sun that shone like glass.

This too shall pass…  hold on to what will last, this too shall pass

We’ll take a stroll and lay down in the grass, smile at the world around us
And soak in the sun, forget what time it is, and marvel at what love abounds us

This too shall pass…  hold on to what will last, this too shall pass

When when this world surrounds us.  Being pushed upon all sides.
I’ll swear to always love you, and in grassy fields confide
