Campbell-Stover, Marilyn E. of R.R. 1 Belmont, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, July 5th, 2016, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Dugald G. Campbell (1987) and the late Ben Stover (2004). Dearly loved mother of Jim Campbell (Eileen) of St. Thomas, Carolynne Gilchrist (Alex) of Guelph and Karen Campbell-High (Dean) of Fonthill. Cherished grandmother of Ian (Jaima), Graham (Carla), Laura, Sarah, Cassandra, Thalia, Makayla and Reagan. Dear sister of Kenneth Hiepleh (Dorothy) of St. Thomas. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Marilyn was born in Aylmer on September 27th, 1926, the daughter of the late Clifford and Maude (Shively) Hiepleh. She farmed with her husband. Marilyn was a life member of St. James Presbyterian Church and played the organ in the Church over 35 years. She was active in the Church throughout her life.
Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Saturday (July 9th) at 3:30 p.m. Interment to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to St. James Presbyterian Church.
