Dickson, Marylyn Louise

Dickson-Marylyn Louise of London, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22nd, 2015, at the L.H.S.C. (University Campus), in her 79th year. Beloved daughter of the late Albert and Norma (Bruce) Dickson. Loved sister of the late Joan Molik  (2012) and Heather Dickson (2011). Cherished aunt of Anne Molik, Deborah Molik and Jeffrey Molik and great aunt of  Christopher, Gordon, Meaghan, Marc Andre and Cassandra. Sadly missed by several cousins in Southern Ireland. Marylyn was born in Tillsonburg on August 28th, 1936. She lived in St. Thomas from 1939-1986. She was a retired Administrative Assistant and also a real estate agent. Marylyn was a member of Trinity Anglican Church. She was a former member of the St. Thomas Tennis Club, the Greenhills Tennis Club and the North London Tennis Club. Marylyn was a former volunteer with Meals on Wheels. She also was a past member of the London Folks Bridge Club.

A public memorial service to celebrate Marylyn’s life will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Wednesday  at  11:00  a.m. Cremation has taken place, with burial of ashes in the Old St. Thomas Churchyard Cemetery.  Flowers gratefully declined. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the C.N.I.B
