Fearn (Williams) – Josephine Ann of St. Thomas, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Raye Fearn. Predeceased by her first husband Edward Williams (1981) and her second husband Joseph Gilliam (2007). Loved mother of Bruce Williams (Joan) of Bermuda and the late Doris Williams (1977).  Dear step-mother of Nancy McVicar (Jim) and  children Jason and Patricia and Linda Laney (Denis) and  children, Ben, Sharai, Melanie and Cassandra.  Loved grandmother of twins Jesse and Emily.  Great grandmother of Makaila.  Predeceased by 3 brothers Robert, Bruce and Hugh Watson and sisters Jean Caddey, Ruth Henderson and Nettie Campbell. Sadly missed by a number of aunts and uncles. Josephine was born in North Dorchester Township, Middlesex County on August 20, 1930, the daughter of the late William and Mary Ann (Judge) Watson. She was a Registered Nurse (June 1955), graduating from the Memorial Hospital, St. Thomas.  She worked as a nurse  in Bermuda for many years, also at the Memorial Hospital, the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital and at Extendicare.

Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Union Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the charity of choice. Condolences may be sent to ahughson@exculink.com.
