Upon its closure Jack returned to St. Thomas where he found employment at Clark Equipment as a purchasing agent. Jack retired in 1985. With retirement, Jack and his wife Marlene purchased a motorhome and did what they loved to do and traveled around the United States and Canada. Jack’s greatest enjoyment was his family. One of his fondest memories was the family BBQ’s and Christmas gatherings.
