ROSS, Jane Louise of St. Thomas, Ontario passed away suddenly at home on Monday, June 10, 2013 at the age of 68. Beloved sister of Mary Ellen (Doug) Norman of Thornbury, Bob (Kathy) Ross of Dundas, Catherine Khan (the late Arif) of Lake St. Peter. Lovingly remembered by her Goddaughter; by eight nieces and nephews; ten great nieces and great nephews; and close friends Len and Marg Stride, and John and Carol Brown all of St. Thomas. Predeceased by her good friend Lloyd Wright. Jane had worked as an R.P.N. and later as a Librarian at the St. Thomas Psychiatric Hospital; a Travel Agent at Clinton Travel Agency; and a Secretary at Grace United Church.
A funeral service will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 1:30 with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment in Elmdale Cemetery. If desired, donations to Violence Against Women Services Elgin County Shelter – St. Thomas, or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
