“Dr. Peggy has helped me to learn how to listen to my body to get to the root of my neck and back pain. The weekly advice, support and accountability of her health and wellness coaching program has providing the structure I need to get back on track and reach my goals. It’s just what I was looking for.”

Can you believe that the summer is coming to an end already? It seems to have sped by even faster this year.
Now that Labour Day weekend has passed and the kids have headed back to school, it’s the time of year when many people start getting back into routine and ramping things up out of a slower ‘summer’ mode.
How about in your world? Do you head back to a more structured routine after Labour day?
It’s the perfect time, in my opinion, to take stock of where you are in your current health and wellness situation and where you want to be before the new year.
We have 4 months left in 2013 and when you put your mind to it and lean in, you can accomplish amazing things in 4 months.
I want to let you know about something I’m putting together that will help you to really lean in and take control of your health if you are ready this fall.
I am creating a special Health and Wellness Private Inner Circle that will allow those people who are ready to make a change and who are looking for the information that they need and the tools that will be helpful as they start on a path to better health and wellness.
The new program is launching soon and I want to give you a chance to get in before anyone else!
Click here to join the early notification list and you’ll get the opportunity to check it out before the general public is invited!
With the launch of my inner circle program just around the corner, I wanted to share an article that will remind how important it is to build in layers of support and accountability as you make changes for your health.
This recipe is soooo perfect for fall and tastes delicious! John and I had this with grilled sausage earlier this week and it was so yummy!Sweets and Beets
- 3-4 Medium sized Beets
- 2-3 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp of melted Coconut Oil
- Wash and peel the beets and chop into small cubes.
- Wash the sweet potatoes and chop into slightly larger cubes than the beets (they don’t take as long to cook). You can peel the sweet potatoes if you like… I leave the skin on.
- Place the beets and sweets in tinfoil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the mixture and drizzle the melted coconut oil over everything.
- Wrap up the tin foil and place on the BBQ on medium heat for about 40 minutes. Flip the foil a few times.
- When they are a bit tender, they are all done!
