2 Men arrest for Attempt Theft and Trespass by Night

During the early morning hours of Sunday July 20th, two men; ages 20 and 21 were observed trying door handles of vehicles on Malakoff Street as well as a vehicle parked in the laneway of a house. All the while a citizen contacted police, provided a description and direction of travel. Shortly after, the two men were located and subsequently charged with attempt theft and trespass by night.

Once again, the St. Thomas Police Service would like to thank the citizens of St. Thomas for calling and reporting suspicious activity as it occurs. We are a team and together we can cut down on crime.

Break and Enter to local business

The St. Thomas Police are investigating a break and enter to Cellular Magician, located at 808 Talbot Street. Sometime between 5pm July 19th and 8:40am July 20th, unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the cellular phone business. The occurrence is currently under investigation.
