Aylmer teen arrested for Breach of recognizance

At approximately 10:40pm on October 31, 2013, Police observed 2 youths in the parking lot across from the Police station. One of the youths was urinating on a parked vehicle. As a result of Police investigation a 17 year old Aylmer man was arrested for breaching his recognizance for consumption of alcohol. He was also charged with possession of drugs as marihuana was located in his back pack. A 16 year old Aylmer man was warned about his behaviour and sent on his way.

Let this be a reminder to all the teenagers out there that the legal age to consume alcohol is still 19. Urination on someone’s personal property is unacceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated.
