On the 28th of April at approximately 12:48pm Police attended a Mitchell Street address regarding a male party that was breaching his conditions. Police observed the accused, a 35 year-old male from St. Thomas interacting with a female who was named in his probation order, not to communicate with. He was arrested and charged with two counts of Breach of Probation and was held pending a bail hearing.
On the 28th of April at approximately 3:40pm, Officers on Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Kains St and Horton St. Investigation revealed the 23 year-old driver from Aylmer was a suspended driver and was also on conditions not to communicate with the female located in the back seat. The 23 year-old female from St. Thomas in the back was also on conditions not to communicate with the driver. Both females were arrested and charged with breaching their conditions and held pending a bail hearing.
On the 29th of April at 2:46am Officers arrived on scene of a disturbance on the corner of St. Catherine Street and Curtis Street. Officers spoke with one of the persons involved and discovered that he was currently released by the Ontario Court of Justice with conditions, namely not to consume any alcoholic beverages and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The 19 year-old male from St. Thomas was found to be contravening these conditions. He was arrested and charged for breach of recognizance X2 and held pending a bail hearing.
