This is a reminder to all motorists that speed limits are in effect for a reason. They are designed to help with your reaction time should a pedestrian, cyclist or motorist enter the roadway unexpectedly. Please be cautious when driving on a roadway with parking along sidewalks and in and around School zones. Children do not always abide by the safety rules when crossing the streets while walking or biking. It is up to you the motorist to be a defensive driver and always expect the unexpected. Drive safe!
