On October 28th, 2016, at 8 pm, St. Thomas Police responded to a domestic dispute. The dispute occurred over the moving of a television, which resulted in arguing between the two. The arguing turned physical, when the accused allegedly grabbed the victim around the throat with both hands and squeezed. The accused let go and the victim went downstairs. The accused followed and when victim reached the bottom of the stairs, pushed the victim and spit in their face.
The altercation continued as they moved towards the kitchen and the front door. The accused again pushed the victim, spit in their face, and threw water on them from a bottle.
As a result, the accused was arrested and released with a future court date.
