Within 24 days after his last arrest, a 29 year old St. Thomas man has once again been arrested for impaired driving.
Just before 3:00am on September 11, 2014, police received information about a possible impaired driver. The vehicle matching the description given from the complainant was located on Chestnut Street. The officer immediately arrested the male for impaired driving and brought him to the station for a proper analysis. The male registered nearly twice the legal limit.
As a result the male has been charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, Operate a motor vehicle in excess of 80mgs, and drive while suspended X3. He was held pending a bail hearing.
