Early Sunday morning (14 Oct 2012), a 32 year old male was observed to be driving in a concerning manner. Officers stopped the driver and spoke to him. Officers detected signs of alcohol consumption on the driver and he confirmed to having consumed alcohol at a bar earlier in the night. A roadside screening test was conducted and the driver failed. The male was arrested and transported to the station where his blood alcohol concentration was confirmed to be over the legal limit. The male was charged with ‘having over 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood’ while driving. The male was later released on a Promise to Appear.
