Intoxicated male at Tim Horton’s

On March 31, 2015 at 4:30am, the St. Thomas Police were called to Tim Horton’s on Talbot Street regarding an intoxicated male who refused to leave the restaurant. Upon Police arrival the male was passed out sitting at a dining table. Once the male was awake, Police could detect an odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and he needed assistance standing.

The 33 year old St. Thomas man was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and refusing to leave the premise when directed. He was held at the Police Station until he was sober and it was safe for him to leave. He was issued a Summons with a future Court date.
