Noise Complaint Leads to Breach

Police arrested and charged a 19 year old St. Thomas man after investigating a noise complaint. The incident occurred at 1:10 am February 11th at a Hughes Street residence. The male was found breaching conditions of his probation order.

The male was transported to the police station and later released from custody with conditions that include a future court date.

Mischief

A 17 year old St. Thomas youth was arrested after a domestic disturbance at a Joyce Street residence.

The incident occurred February 10th at 11:35 am. Police learned the youth caused damage to his girlfriend’s home. The male fled the residence prior to police arrival but was located and arrested without incident a short distance away.

The youth was released from custody with conditions that include a future court date.

Suspended Driver

A 23 year old Sarnia, ON man was stopped by police in the area of Talbot Street and Woodland Road at 7:45 pm on February 10th. Police determined the man was a suspended driver for unpaid fines.

The man was charged with driving while suspended and issued a summons for a March 2015 court appearance.
