Police investigate suspicious incident

St Thomas Police are investigating the report of an indecent act that occurred around 3:30-3:40PM Monday December 3rd, 2012. A young girl had just entered a school bus situated on the East Side of Locke’s School, Dalewood Ave when she noticed a white coloured vehicle parked just opposite the bus. A male person inside the vehicle was committing an indecent act. Police were contacted later that evening when the young girl informed her parents what had occurred. There are no other descriptors of the suspect or vehicle at this time. Police continue to investigate the incident.

Man arrested for breach

On Monday December 3, 2012 St Thomas Police arrested and charged a 27 year old man for breaching the terms of a judicial interim release order by communicating with a female acquaintance when prohibited from doing so. The male was taken before a justice of the peace and remanded in custody at the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre.

Vehicle entry

St Thomas Police report sometime during the overnight hours of Sunday December 2, 2012 culprit(s) entered an unlocked motor vehicle parked in the driveway of a Laurier Road residence.
