Shop lifting

On October 24, 2016 around 1:20pm a female entered a local department store in the East end of St. Thomas. The female selected multiple items of clothing and concealed them in her hand bag. She then decided to switch her old pair of shoes for a new pair and exit the store without paying for the items. She was arrested by the stores Loss Prevention Officer who in turn contacted Police. The 28-year old female from Aylmer has been charged with theft under $5000.00 and breach of probation. She was released with a future court date.
