Suspended Driver

On October 6, 2014 at 3:30pm Police were patrolling Talbot St in the area of the Refuel Gas bar. An Officer observed a vehicle that had a validation sticker that had expired in May of 2014. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was unable to produce a Driver’s Licence. Through investigation it was revealed that the males licence had been suspended, the validation was in fact expired and the vehicle being operated did not have valid insurance.

As a result, a 27 year old male from Kettle Point was issued a Summons for: Drive while suspended, Drive motor vehicle – no currently validated permit and operate motor vehicle – no insurance.
