Suspended driver

On May 1, 2016, Officers were doing traffic control in the area of Talbot Street and East Street due to the number of vehicles travelling the wrong way on East Street.

Officers observed a motor vehicle drive the wrong way. A traffic stop was conducted and through investigation it was discovered that the operator was a suspended driver.

The 29 year old from St. Thomas was charged with driving while suspended and drive wrong way – one way street. His driver’s licence was seized and the vehicle was removed by a licenced driver.
