Heavy rainfall into Thursday. A series of low pressure systems will continue to give several rounds of rain to the regions through Thursday. There will be occasional lulls in the precipitation as well. The rain may be heavy at times with isolated thunderstorms also expected. Some locations within the rainfall warning have already seen in excess of 30 mm of rain as of early this morning. Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 80 mm are expected before Friday. The rain may change to freezing rain Thursday in the London and Oxford areas.
